MY RIGHTS AS THE ARTIST

I retain the right as the artist to accept or reject commission requests as I see fit.
I reserve the right to post your commissioned artwork to my social media and websites (Twitter, Deviantart, Furaffinity etc.).
I reserve the right to modify your artwork for promotional purposes (Commission samples, my website banners etc.)
I reserve the right to claim and be given proper credit for all my artworks.
I reserve the right to suspend work if I feel I am unable to complete your artwork for any reason: you will receive a full refund.
I reserve the right to be treated with respect as a professional; any personal abuse will result in your artwork being refunded and work suspended and you will be added to my personal Commissions Blacklist.

BY SUBMITTING A COMMISSION REQUEST, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING

That you understand your commission order will not be finalised until I have received payment.
That you will not, in any circumstance claim credit for my work.
That you will not sell or use my work to make a profit if you have not previously indicated this was a commercial work.
That you will not repost my artwork to any website without prior permission (see Reposting and Credit for more info).
That your commissioned artwork will not be used for profit by myself without your prior permission.
In the event of my failure to complete your commission for any reason by the issued deadline since start of work, you reserve the right to a full refund.
That I cannot be held accountable for fraudulent misrepresentation of age with regards to my NSFW commissions, or for any related punishments/legal action.
That going against any of these agreements will result in addition to my Commissions Blacklist.

Reposting & Credit

REPOSTING & CREDIT

In general I disallow reposting of my Artwork to most websites where I already maintain a media presence, with some exceptions:

Addition to character profiles on Toyhou.se - Please credit me as an on-site artist, you can find my profile here.
Upload to your Furaffinity account - I understand there's a strong community of people who like to show off their art and it's probably the only circumstance I'll allow a straight reupload. Make sure you credit to my Furaffinity Account.
Reposting to Tumblr - I am no longer maintaining a presence on Tumblr due to personal disagreement with their ToS and treatment of the userbase; I no longer wish to actively participate in helping them generate revenue with my content. I do understand however other people still may wish to share commissioned artwork from myself, so I ask that you provide a link to my Tumblr account to serve as a way for others to find me outside of the site.
Repost to your Instagram - Please include a link to my Instagram account.
Sharing on forums or websites that I do not have an established presence on - I'm perfectly fine with my art being shared in a promotional fashion on forums/websites/etc. as long as credit to one of my websites remains in-tact. If I see any art reposted or transmitted without credit I will issue a take-down notice.
I do not allow reposts to the following websites: Twitter, Pillowfort. You can reblog or retweet your commissions from those accounts. Reposting to these websites even with credit will result in a take down notice.

Being able to generate traffic on my websites is part of my livelihood as an artist. Excessive ignorance of my reposting policies may result in you being added to my Commissions Blacklist.

Purchased Designs

PURCHASED DESIGNS

I retain the right to be credited for my original design with regard to the original concept or artwork. You are not to claim the initial design as your own artistic work.
I retain the right to display the design as a sample of my body of work.
You may alter/add-to/modify the initial design as you see fit.
The owner of the design can trade and gift the design rights freely.
Do not sell the design for more than the initial value of the design when purchased. Designs with additional art associated with the design/character attributing to increased value are exempt from this rule.
By purchasing a design you understand you are buying a complete and finished work. Any additional modifications by myself to the existing artwork will be subject to additional fees.

NSFW Commmissions

NSFW COMMISSIONS

Yes I do NSFW commissions! Information on my nsfw content specific drawing preferences here.

I only accept NSFW commissions from persons 18 and over.

Lying about your age is considered Fraud/Wilful Misrepresentation of Age and is a crime.

I will not be held accountable for fraudulent misrepresentation of age with regards to my NSFW commissions, or for any related punishments/legal action. You agree to commission at your own risk.

I retain the right as the artist to accept or reject commissions as I personally see fit. I also reserve the right not to be harassed for my personal preferences or decisions. Please make sure you have understood my Terms of Service fully before lodging your request.
